Every Monday to Saturday at New Body and Mind follows a carefully structured rhythm designed to help you reset, restore and recharge.

While timings may vary slightly depending on your program and personal preferences, this gives you a clear picture of what to expect.

Phase One

Awaken

Begin your day with movement, nourishment and gentle therapies designed to wake up the body and clear the mind.

6:00am • Morning Walk

Start your day with a peaceful 90-minute walk through local villages, beaches and the nearby lake.

7:45am • Pool or Ocean Dip

Cool down with a refreshing swim and check in with your progress.

8:00am • Breakfast

Refuel with a nourishing breakfast prepared to support your program.

8:30am • Stretch & Yoga Fusion

A guided stretch and yoga session designed for all fitness levels.

9:30am • Meditation

Reset mentally and emotionally through guided meditation.

10:00am • Sauna & Hydrotherapy

Infrared sauna followed by hydrotherapy to stimulate detoxification and deep relaxation.

Phase Two

Restore

The heart of your day. Treatments, movement and therapies designed to support your body’s healing process.

11:00am • Massage Therapy

Choose between Thai or Aromatherapy massage for deep relaxation and muscle recovery.

12:00pm • Lunch

Enjoy a balanced meal prepared to complement your wellness goals.

12:30pm • Colonic Irrigation

A private and guided cleansing protocol performed in the comfort of your own space.

3:00pm • Afternoon Exercise

Activities vary daily and may include aqua aerobics, Muay Thai, beach volleyball and more.

4:00pm • Workshops & Activities

Cooking classes, wellness workshops, group activities and optional outings.

Phase Three

Recover

Slow down, release tension and allow the body to absorb the benefits of the day.

5:30pm • Dinner & Herbal Steam

Enjoy your evening meal followed by a therapeutic herbal steam & constrast therapy/ice bath session.

Evening • Float Tank Sessions

Deep sensory relaxation in our floatation tanks.

Evening • Halo Therapy

Relax and support your respiratory system with salt therapy sessions.

Evening • Rest & Recharge

Return to your bungalow for a peaceful evening and restorative sleep.

Weekly Special Activities

Additional excursions including Fisherman’s Village night market, island tours and local experiences.
